Mr. Huettner is a managing director for CarVal Investors' North American Real Estate business. Mr. Huettner is responsible for managing CVI’s real estate portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Huettner has more than 16 years experience in real estate in the United States and Asia in the areas of finance investments and debt restructurings from both a lender and equity perspective. Prior to joining CVI in 1994, Mr. Huettner worked for GE Capital Corp. Mr. Huettner received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
