Mr. Khani is a director with CarVal Investors, responsible for managing investments in asset-backed securities and residential mortgage assets. Prior to joining CVI in 2007, Mr. Khani led trading and securitization efforts for The Winter Group, where he was responsible for the pricing and securitization of all whole loan residential mortgage products. Previously, Mr. Khani was an associate with Credit Suisse First Boston and an analyst with Prudential Securities. He holds a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of Miami.
