Mr. Balick is a managing director for CarVal Investors. Based in London, Mr. Balick is responsible for managing real estate investments in Western Europe including the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and Belgium. Prior to joining CVI in 1997, Mr. Balick was a vice president in the Real Estate Investment Banking unit of Salomon Brothers in Europe. Mr. Balick received an MBA with specialization in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. in Mathematics from the Courant Institute at New York University.
