Mr. Huettner is a managing director for CarVal Investors and head of real estate portfolio management. Mr. Huettner is responsible for managing CVI’s real estate portfolio in North America. Mr. Huettner has more than 17 years experience in real estate in the United States and Asia in the areas of finance investments and debt restructurings from both a lender and equity perspective. Prior to joining CVI in 1994, Mr. Huettner worked for GE Capital Corp. Mr. Huettner received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Nebraska.
