Mr. Wu is a vice president with CarVal Investors, based in Shanghai. He is responsible for managing real estate investments in Greater China. Prior to joining CVI in 2007, Mr. Wu was with Casden Properties, one of the leading residential developers in the U.S., based in Beverly Hills, California. Mr. Wu also previously worked as a real estate consultant for Ernst & Young in Los Angeles. Mr. Wu received his MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California and his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Mr. Wu has a CMA certification and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
