Mr. Cervantes is an investment advisor for CarVal Investors. Based in Mexico, Mr. Cervantes is responsible for managing investments in real estate and asset loan portfolios. Prior to joining CVI in 1997, Mr. Cervantes was a manager in the Money Markets Division of Chemical Bank, in Mexico. Mr. Cervantes received his B.A. in Economics and his Diploma in Economics Analysis from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM).
