Mr. Furtado is an associate for CarVal Investors. Based in Brazil, he focuses on researching and managing consumer, commercial and industrial loan portfolios. Prior to joining CarVal Investors in 2006, Mr. Furtado worked for Trevisan as a junior analyst as well as Pepsico as a market analyst. Mr. Furtado received his B.S. in Business from the Trevisan Business School in São Paulo, Brazil. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
