Mr. Abram is a director with CarVal Investors, responsible for managing investments in commerical mortgage-backed securities and other asset-backed securities. Prior to joining CVI in 2005, Mr. Abram was an analyst with S4 Capital. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
