Mr. Ribciuc is a vice president with CarVal Investors, where he is responsible for managing investments in credit-intensive consumer assets. Prior to joining CVI in 2005, Mr. Ribciuc was a senior analyst for Raymond James & Associates focusing on middle market M&A. Previously, he was in the Risk Strategy and Analysis Group at Capital One Financial, where he focused on collections and recoveries strategies and third-party agency outsourcing. Mr. Ribciuc received his MBA with High Honors in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. Mr. Ribciuc is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is fluent in English, Romanian and French.
