Mr. Reed is a vice president with CarVal Investors. Mr. Reed manages investments in residential development assets in the southwest United States. Prior to joining CVI in 2008, Mr. Reed was vice president of land acquisition for Standard Pacific Homes Inland Empire division. Previously, Mr. Reed managed the Southern California regional office of Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors (WRI). Prior to WRI, Mr. Reed worked in finance capacities with The Koll Company, Ryland Homes, JM Peters Company, and BCE Development Company. Mr. Reed attended California State University at Fullerton where he received his B.A. in business administration. Mr. Reed is a licensed state of California real estate broker.
