Mr. Bernier is a director for CarVal Investors. Based in Minneapolis, Mr. Bernier is responsible for managing investments in real estate and credit intensive loan portfolios throughout Latin America. He joined Cargill in 1990 holding positions in Internal Audit and the Liquid Products division prior to joining CarVal Investors in 1997. Mr. Bernier received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Moorhead State University and is a Certified Public and Management Accountant (Inactive).
