Mr. Hayamizu is a managing director for CarVal Investors. Based in Tokyo, Mr. Hayamizu is responsible for managing investments in real estate and loan portfolios in Japan. Prior to joining Cargill in 1999, Mr. Hayamizu was with Tokyo Tatemono, a Japanese real estate developer. Fluent in Japanese and English, Mr. Hayamizu received his MBA from Aoyama University and his B.A. in law from Waseda University. Mr. Hayamizu is a licensed real estate broker and CMA.
