Mr. Brice is president and senior partner of CarVal Investors, and a member of the executive team. Mr. Brice joined the Global Capital Markets division of Cargill in 1996 where he worked on the European equity arbitrage desk. In 1998, he transferred to CVI. Mr. Brice was named senior partner in 2005 and was responsible for leading the Corporate Securities business and managing the firm's global investments. Prior to joining Cargill, Mr. Brice worked for the private equity and quoted asset management division of Friends Provident, a major United Kingdom life assurance company. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Mr. Brice is a qualified chartered accountant
