Mr. Ishida is an investment advisor for CarVal Investors. Based in Tokyo, Mr. Ishida is responsible for managing investments in portfolios of credit intensive, sub-performing and non-performing assets in Japan. His primary focus is consumer credit portfolios. Mr. Ishida joined CVI in 1998 and was Japan Controller prior to becoming an Investment Manager. Before joining CVI, Mr. Ishida was in the audit division of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Ishida has a B.A. in Economics from Tokyo University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Japan.
