Mr. Anderson is a director for CarVal Investors. Mr. Anderson is responsible for managing investments in credit-intensive loan portfolios in the United Kingdom. Mr. Anderson joined Cargill in Minneapolis in 1997 and spent his first five years in Cargill's Risk Management Group where he was responsible for measuring and reporting the investment risks in the CVI portfolio. Mr. Anderson joined the loan portfolio investment team in 2002 where he was responsible for managing investments in consumer and healthcare loan portfolios, primarily in the United States. Mr. Anderson received his JD, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.S. in Business, with distinction, from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
