Mr. Hedberg is managing director of Finance and Liquidity for CarVal Investors, responsible for managing fund liquidity, counterparty risk management and fund financing strategy. He also leads the firm’s debt capital markets activities and relationship management efforts with counterparties providing debt to CVI. Mr. Hedberg joined Cargill in 1996 and has held a variety of audit and financial management positions. Most recently, he served as global administrative manager for CVI where he managed trade administration and accounting worldwide for CVI's Corporate Securities business. Prior to joining CarVal Investors, Mr. Hedberg was with Dain Bosworth and RAF Financial Corporation. Mr. Hedberg received his MBA from the University of St. Thomas and his BS in Finance magna cum laude from the University of Colorado.
